Main advantages: The location was fantastic, only 450 meters from the Grand Place and
most sights. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we stayed on new years
eve so it was very busy but it was brilliant, with a great selection of
hams cheeses, pastries, fruit salad, cereals, rolls, hot buffet food
like bacon, eggs etc .. much food on offer!
Room was lovely and very comfortable.
Oh and the bar was very reasonable for Brussels city centre - The barman was very friendly as well.
Car parking just at the back of the hotel - so easy!

Main disadvantages: The room deco is very out of date. Whilst the lobby area and main hall
are worth 3 stars, the interiors are probably just 2 stars.
Main advantages: The location is good, providing good access to city centre. And it is
good value for money, including the buffet breakfast. Staffs are
generally friendly.

Main advantages: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and
comfortable. Special requests I.E. cot in room, all rooms as close
together as possible were carried out for us without any problems. Very
reasonable prices. Fantastic breakfast included - no need for any lunch.
Hotel very close to all amenities. This was our second visit and it was
a very enjoyable stay - would highly recommend this hotel.

Main disadvantages: Was veeeery cold in the room, even when central heating was on. And very
noisily in the room, you may hear how neighbor in next room takes a
shower, blows his nose and etc.....But if you have luck you will may
hear a snore of your neighbor))
Main advantages: The hotel is located near the Manniken Pis and historical center of
Brussels. It is very comfortable to get to many place in the center, in
the first floor of the building is post office, near the metro station,
and you may walk 15 minutes to the Central station. Nice stuff and
cleaning room, and good breakfast.

Main advantages: I really appreciated the fact that we got an upgrade to a suite when a
double was not available and this meant that there was free wireless
available for us. I think I would not have liked the experience of
staying there so much if I had to go down to the lobby to get connected
to the internet. The staff said that the regular rooms don't get a good
wireless connection. I think free wireless connection is crucial for
every hotel now. I will definitely come back to the Bedford hotel if I
can get the same deal. Location is fantastic, breakfast is very good and
the overall experience was great!

Main advantages: Location was excellent - only 10/ 5 minutes walk from Central Station. I had a single room on the 7th floor facing the main road. However, it was very quiet and comfortable. Reception staff were very efficient and helpful - when I checked in, there was party of more than 30 Italians also checking in, but I was called to another desk so I did not have to wait. Very impressed. Also, I benefited from a special discount - 89 euros for B&B - super value for the centre of Brussels.

Main advantages: The hotel provided two childeren beds for my twin children. In fact, I didn't ask them to prepare for us. I really appreciate their kind consideration on our family's staying there. The location was very close for city center and the breakfast was very nice.

Main advantages: The staff is very friendly. The location is great, 10 minute walking
from Brusels-Midi Station, and 5 minute walking to get to Gran Place,
Manneken Pis, etc. Breakfast was really good also. I arrived early,
before check-in time, and left my luggage on the hotel and took a bus in
front of the hotel to get the sightseeing bus.

Main disadvantages: While hotel was well presented and generally well appointed, anything
electric or electronic was very old fashioned or not working (eg the
mini fridges were not in working order in any of the rooms, advised the
Reception staff). A good point was availability of email checking
facility free of charge. However most of the time these were in use by
other guests, even late at night (eg around midnight). Part of the
problem was that there was no hotel-set time limit on use, and some
young groups spent hours in the computer room joàintly planning the next
leg of their trip (eg web searching transport and accommodation
possibilities, and taking a long time to agree on what to book).
Main advantages: The hotel's very central location allowed me to see most of the major
sites on foot. Also, pick up at the hotel for a guided city tour was
much appreciated.
