The free drinks and tapas are served from 16:00 until 20:00, except for Sundays.

Please note that guests will be charged the total amount of their stay upon check-in.

The reception closes at 20:00 each evening and at 18:00 on Sundays. After closing time, guests can access the hotel with their key card via the night entrance.

Bookings of 5 rooms or more requires a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent to be charged to your credit card. For group bookings that are cancelled less than one month before date of arrival, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Main advantages: They serve free snacks and drinks everyday from 16h to 20h, this is great service and nice that you can relax in the hotel for a bit between shopping and going for dinner.

Main disadvantages: Rooms were a bit spartan and small. Noisy, concrete floor slab conducted noise. Poor insulation. Still great atmosphere.

Main advantages: Nice atmosphere in the middle of the city of antwerp, close to major attractions, knowledgeable staff, very friendly, rooms where disappointingly small, free wifi worked well. Idea of breakfast and pre- dinner drinks in a lounge environment really added to the good atmosphere. Relaxed.

Main disadvantages: Beds are a bit small. Design room quite simple, almost sterile.

Main advantages: Lounge is great - great design and very comfortable. You can get snacks and drinks in the evening and coffee in the morning. Hotel is clean and practical.

Main disadvantages: There was noise from the other rooms. Showers, toilet flushing, doors slamming (they were very heavy. We were in the (very) small room, wich we knew in advance and was ok. But do not book this room on a first date, as the toilet is behind a glass sliding door and close to the bed. It might be a little embarrasing for both.

Main advantages: The bed was comfortable, the location excellent. The complimentary drinks and tapas/snacks in the afternoon were very very nice.

Main disadvantages: That I had to leave! :(

Main advantages: Lovely atmosphere, fantastic location. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a prime location surrounded by great shops, cafes and restaurants. Try the bakery/cafe opposite for amazing soup! Hotel provided all drinks and tapas on the house! What's not to love!

Main disadvantages: In the two nights we were there, we were awakened by drunken hotel guests.

Main advantages: Relaxed athmosphere: A glass of cava at arrival, followed by a bottle of cava at the room. Free coffee and tea in the lounge. Free drinks in the lounge in the afternoon with snacks to accompany it. Nice, healthy breakfast, neatly served on a plate (so not a buffet). Location is perfect: quiet street, but in the centre of Antwerp.

Main disadvantages: The beds in our room were quite uncomfortable. The mattresses were too soft and the pillows so big I had to take it off. Also, we booked a room on the top floor (paying an extra) in order to have a view, but we were eventually located to the 5th floor with no view.

Main advantages: The free aperitif with tapas and drinks was very nice. The lounge of the hotel turned into a cosy bar full of people with a very nice atmosphere.

Main disadvantages: We had to choose between putting up with the rather obtrusive air- conditioning noise (which boosted itself at intervals during the night), and opening the french widows to another similar noise on the roof, as well as the normal sounds of a city. The roof garden, featured in all the leaflets and publicity, was in fact closed in the interests of 'health and safety' requirements, but some temporary fencing usefully prevented us from falling from our rudimentary 'balcony'.

Main advantages: We liked the modern-style groung floor area, where the Reception area merges with a very spacious lounge furnished with tables and chairs as well as comfortable sofas and a separate lower-level area which in turn leads to a patio. A remarkable feature was the offer of a welcoming drink, and a help-yourself facility at the bar for free drinks at any time between 4pm and 8 pm. Our room on the fifth floor was in modern style white and black decor, with a couple of mats on a concrete floor which gave a rather unfinished look. The shower room and lavatory had glass walls, frosted only at low level., With a wash basin placed rather oddly outside , as if an afterthought. French windows opened to a tiny platform with a view over the city including the impressive cathedral. In the morning we were surprised to find part of the skyline dominated by an enormous cruise ship which had docked overnight.

Main disadvantages: If you come to the hotel by car, you leave the car in city parking for 14 EUR.

Main advantages: The hotel has a good design. Excellent location. In the evening the bar is offered wine with a snack free of charge. Breakfast is served at the table. The hotel leaves a good impression.

Main disadvantages: there could have been airconditioning in the bedrooms , we managed fine with out it mostly but in summer you would need it

Main advantages: i liked the hotel very much.i had read some reviews on the hotel before i went ,on google ,and they were very negative, but i found the hotel stay very positive.there are no staff on after 20hrs and you access the hotel with your key which worked well and you can only access the lifts with the same card which made me feel quite safe.
