Main disadvantages: I did not like how long they held (or perhaps withheld) my passport. They took it when I checked in as other Bosnia hotels do, and I assumed that they would allow me to take it back when they had made a copy of it. When that didn't not happen within a couple of hours I inquired about getting it back and was informed that it would be returned when I paid my bill. When I secured the funds (they accepted cash only) and requested the bill to pay it, I was told that they needed time to create one, even though I was staying just one night. Although there was no apparent harm from them withholding my passport from me, it was very uncomfortable not to have it, and a bit suspect as to why it took so long to return it.

Main advantages: Great breakfast, warm welcome upon arrival.

Main advantages: The hotel was in the center of Mostar and the rooms were modern and well maintained. The breakfasts in the downstairs restaurant were very adequate. The Old Stone Bridge and the shops and restaurants were about a 15 minute walk away. The parking lot was down the street and cost 5 Euros/day.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast was ok but basic; no croissants or real orange juice but no complaints as the price was very good compared to Sarajevo and especially to Croatia in general.

Main advantages: We received a warm welcome and the room was extraordinarily spacious and brightly furnished.Really, it was an apartment as a kitchenette was installed in one corner; very useful for making a coffee etc. There is no lift but this is mentioned in the details and the staff carried the cases without need of a tip. The location is excellent; a very short walk to the famous bridge and restaurant area and less than 10 mins to the bus station. There is a huge breakfast , relaxation and bar area.
