Main disadvantages: Service was slow for lunch meal at restaurant. Too much light comes into
the room in the early morning hours, so hard to sleep past 6-6.30 A.M.
Breakfast only a la carte, no buffet, which certainly slows things down
for a business traveller...
Main advantages: Extremely efficient, lovely hotel staff - especially Helene, who was
amazing! These people really understand the meaning of the word
"service", and go the extra mile for their customers. Restaurant was
very good - creative dishes, very good wine. Room was huge, and
beautiful as always.

Main disadvantages: As you would expect staying in a 5 star hotel, the bar and restaurant were quite expensive but that doesn't detract from the overall quality and value for money of the whole visit - we would certainly stay here again.
Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Karlsplatz U-Bahn station and with Karntner Strasse and the Innere Stadt within easy walking distance. We stayed in a very large room which was modern and clean with all necessary amenities. The hotel staff were very good and responded very quickly to any request.

Main disadvantages: We had an adjoining room and could hear the neighbours' conversations...
Main advantages: A large, spatious and well-appointed room (walk-in closet, nespresso machine, free mineral water, molton brown bath products...) laundry services were also reasonably priced and effective, even on a week-end. The hotel bar served wonderful cocktails and had an impressive selection of internationsl vodkas (50+).

Main disadvantages: The hairdryer was not working. Staff brought another one which was again not working! I found the room service portion on the small side given the price. And the tram was just passing by under the window but manageable.
Main advantages: The room was delightful. All mods and cons available. Good staff. Good service. Great central location.

Main disadvantages: Breakfast! Only a la carte, the price is not reasonnable. For a luxury hotel buffet should be included in the room rate.
Main advantages: We travelled with my 5 y.o. son and we liked it! The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. Enough place for clothes. The concierge made a reservation in a nice restaurant for us.

Main disadvantages: smoking is rampant in Europe and on occasion, the lobby and hallways had a faint odour.
Main advantages: Staff friendly, helpful (found me a choice of English paperback novels). Room service for tea and coffee was quick and hot, although breakfast at 59 euro was a little expensive. Offers limo service in BMW 5 series at 45 euros, nice touch. Had massage in spa, professional. WALK: 2 min to opera, 1 min to U-bahn, 5 min to shopping (Kartnerstrasse), 10 min shopping (Kohl-market)

Main disadvantages: I believe that for the price paid, breakfast should be included
Main advantages: Wonderful hotel with excellent location, near to the center. the X-Ordinary type of room was very nice and very very clean. our room was cleaned twice a day and had also a nespresso cafe machine with free coffee which was very nice. the hotel is very quiet and the bed was more than excellent. i am sure that i will stay again at the same hotel at my next visit to Vienna.

Main advantages: The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Also, the location of the hotel is almost perfect, where you can go to most of Vienna's main attractions just by walking distance.
