Opening in May 2008, the Quartier24 boasts 28 apartments, each one equipped with its own state-of-the-art amenities, including Wi-Fi access, a telephone and a TV. Furthermore, they feature a kitchenette, private bathroom and ample storage space. For your relaxation, the residence provides a roof-top terrace, complete with deck chairs. When the weather is a little cooler, you can unwind with a drink in the lobby, or check the info-point for useful tourist tips and city maps.

A coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as ironing facilities are offered in the laundry; ironing in the apartments is restricted by the fire department.

Food & Beverage

Hietzing (13th district) has many well-known restaurants and coffee houses. Have lunch at the Brandauer Schlossbräu, which is located right in the old center of Hitzing, or enjoy dinner at the restaurant Reigen, which is located right opposite the underground stop U4 Hietzing.

Area information

Hietzingissä (13. kaupunginosassa) on asunut monia kuuluisia ja arvokkaita henkilöitä, kuten Johann Strauss, Gustav Klimt ja Egon Schiele. From the A1 Westautobahn:
- The motorway ends at Auhof; continue along the B1 Wiener Bundesstrasse.
- Turn right at Am-Hans-Moser-Park.
- Continue along Eduard-Klein-Gasse.
- Continue along Hietzinger Hauptstrasse.
- Turn right onto Lainzer Straße.
- Continue along Preyergasse.
- Continue along Hofwiesengasse.

From the A2 Südautobahn:
- Head towards Vösendorf.
- Exit towards Wiental/Altmannsdorf/Hetzendorf.
- Continue along the B224 Altmannsdorfer Strasse.
- Turn left onto the B12 Breitenfurter Strasse.
- Turn right onto Hetzendorfer Strasse.
- Take Feldkellergasse.
- Turn right onto Hofwiesengasse.

From the A4 Ost-Autobahn:
- Continue along the A23, towards Italien/Slowenien/Deutschland.
- Head towards the B1 Wiental/B224 Altmannsdorf.
- Exit towards Wiental/Altmannsdorf/Hetzendorf.
- Then, as above.

From the A23 Süd-Ost-Tangente:
- Exit towards Wiental/Altmannsdorf/Hetzendorf.
- Then, as above.

By Public transport:
- Take the CAT (CityAirTerminal) to Wien-Mitte.
- Then, take the commuter rail S15 in the direction of Hütteldorf.
- Get off at Speising.
- A short walk (150 metres) in the direction of Preyergasse will bring you to the residence.

By Commuter Rail:
- Take the S2 in the direction of Wolkersdorf .
- Get off at Rennweg.
- Join the S15 in the direction of Hütteldorf.
- Get off at Speising.
- A short walk (150 metres) in the direction of Preyergasse will bring you to the residence.

From Bratislava Airport:
- Take the Slovak Lines bus in the direction of Vienna.
- Get off at Südtirolerplatz.
- Join the S15 commuter rail in the direction of Hütteldorf.
- Then, as above.

By Train:
Vienna has several train stations:
From Südbahnhof (future main station: 2013)/Bahnhof Wien-Mitte/Nordbahnhof/Praterstern:
- Take the S15 Commuter Rail non-stop in the direction of Hütteldorf.
- Get off at Speising
- A short walk (150 metres) in the direction of Preyergasse will bring you to the residence.

From Westbahnhof:
- Take tram 58 in the direction of Unter St. Veit.
- Get off at Hietzing.
- Take tram 60 in the direction of Rodaun.
- Get off at Preyergasse/Speising.
- A short walk (150 metres) in the direction of Preyergasse will bring you to the residence.

Comments

There is no reception (front desk) in the Quartier24, but a multi-lingual check-in terminal appearing like a cashpoint. This terminal in the foyer multi-tasks the check-in, issues the key cards and demands payments with American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa

Follow the simple and multi-lingual navigation; your reservation number becomes the access code

Reservations for more than one room as follows:
Reservation number A = access code for the first room
Reservation number B = access code for the second room
Reservation number C = access code for the third room, and so on.
