Main advantages: My stay was very pleasant, the staff were more then helpful and the hotel was very clean and tidy, The rooms were very large with a modem design, could not fault them at all. The station was only a 5 mins walk and there were many shops around. The city was only 3 stops on the train and they are very regular (public transport was very easy to use) Would defiantly recommend the hotel.

Main disadvantages: Maybe the location is a bit remote (15min walk) from the city centre. The view

Main advantages: Clean and spacious room Design room very quiet The italian restaurant located across the street and that belongs to the hotel is outstanding. Tram d which is just 2min away

Main disadvantages: Breakfast is not included in the price and at 15 euros per person it is rather expensive. You can get decent breakfast outside for half this price.

Main advantages: Suites are spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. Location might not suit everyone as they are in residential area just outside the city centre. Good public transport links in terms of Tram (d line which you can pick up just outside the Belvedere Palace, 3 min walk from hotel) and underground. Underground bit further away around 10 min walk. The hotel is also in a very quiet area and there are a couple of very good restaurants and cafes nearby which are better value than those in the city centre.

Main advantages: The Room is clean , luxury, and comfortable. However, the cooking furniture cost some euro-dollar rather than free. The distance to the U-Bahn is a little bit long, which might takes guests to walk about 10 minutes. Overall, it is quite good and I will be glad to have a positive recommendation.

Main disadvantages: Poor service at reception. I have had the feeling, that I very much disturb to the overbusied personnel. On the day of departure, having left bag and jacket for storage, I has received back a jacket fastened in the knot round the bag handle.

Main disadvantages: Cleaning was not always good (did not change towels, clean tables and add shampoo/soap). When team has changed, breakfast serving went down (no omlet, no sausages, no croisants and so on). In general breakfast is too too poor for 15 Euro per person.

Main advantages: Hotel is new (furniture, rooms, TV), clean and very quite. Taxi from airport 36 Euro and 15 mins. Location is good. It takes 20-30 mins walking to St.Stephan square or 10 mins by tram D (plus 5 mins walking). It is 10 mins walking to nearest Underground station (U). There is Italian restaurant in front of Hotel and a small Pub. At breakfast it was good coffee and hot chocolate.

Main disadvantages: Some minor points: Perhaps a little far from the centre, but the tram is not far away. It takes 4 stops to the Opera. No tee/coffee machine.

Main advantages: The Attache suit was incredibly quiet, large, spotless clean, the design is wery nice, wery confortable beds. Garage in the basement! This was our second stay in Pakat suites and we will come again.

Main disadvantages: In your site is mentioned that the use of the mini bar is free, but this is only for the first time and after Refuel it any use will be added the value of the beverages for the final bill

Main disadvantages: Two beds put together and make it "one double" bed. No internet corner in the lobby. A long walk to the metro,deffenetly not a 5 min, about 15 min each time was tiring after a day of walking in Vienna

Main advantages: the best thing was the bathroom,very clean and spacious.The room was modern and comfortable, nice quiet street close to Belvedere gardens.
