Main disadvantages: The 'broetchen' at breakfast might have been a little more tasty, but
otherwise there is nothing I disliked.
Main advantages: Have used Intercity hotels before. Like their standards and service.
Room was clean and tidy, and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good
selection of breakfast choice - one could eat German/Austrian, or
continental, or English - very thoughtful.

Main disadvantages: The pillow is too soft, we stayed for 5 nights but the bed sheet and
pillow cover have not been changed. The room is noisy at night because
the hotel is on the busy street.
Main advantages: Excellent location, convenient for sightseeing, shopping and eating,
very near underground and train station, free local city transport

Main disadvantages: The hotel was very noisy as it is on the main street. As there was no
air-con we had to have teh woindow open at night - this led to a
disturbed nights sleep. Ok if staying in winter!!!

Main disadvantages: We asked for a double room but we get a twin instead.
The carpet in the room and the hallways was stained.
No free internet in the room, just one computer in the lobby with free internet acces.
No air conditioned (it was not necessary) but we had a desk fan instead
Main advantages: large room.

Main disadvantages: Even though their front-desk is 24 hours available, their reservations department isn't (actually, I couln't contact them in the late evening).
Main advantages: Excellent location (very easy access from/to the airport, very close to the Westbahnhof train station, 1 min walking to the closest underground station). We were given a public transport card for the duration of our stay. Room, staff, cleanliness were good. To sum up, we are satisfied and we would stay again there.

Main disadvantages: the hotel needs separate thermostats for each room. the corridors need some more ventilation though they are very well lit and pretty decent. Just my two thoughts. Other than that the place is at a very good location.
Main advantages: The hotel's location is excellent. Its about less than 5 minutes from Westbahnhof station. We had some luggage so travelled from Meidling station by cab for 9EUR. One can travel by subway for much less. A McD and KFC are close by for those with food issues. Staff is very helpful. hotel is very active. Room sizes are pretty decent but no bath tub.

Main disadvantages: Food facilities closed each day at 3pm which therefore meant there was no food available at all after that time.
Main advantages: Good location for international train travel and access to metro for sight-seeing. Room was very nice with a good view. Bathroom was clean and a good size.

Main advantages: For just a few days or even a week, what more do you want from a 3-4 star hotel except a clean room and comfortable bed? This hotel provides exactly that. It’s ideally located; just a minute's walk from the underground and main shopping street. Breakfast was great and hotel staff were very helpful.
