If you come from east side:
- Leave the highway via Hall-West and take the main road to Innsbruck.
- On the main road, please drive straight ahead.
- The hotel is situated on the "hotel route system", the yellow zone of Innsbruck.
- Follow the black arrows on the yellow boxes on the hotel route signs.
- Follow until you will see the large bridge across the river on the left.
- On this crossing, turn right in the small "Höttinger Gasse". After 500 metres, turn left to reach the hotel.

If you come from west side:
- Leave the highway via Innsbruck-Kranebitten and take the main road to Innsbruck.
- Please follow the hotel route system. Follow the black arrows on the yellow boxes on the hotel route signs.
- Always take this road straight ahead until you see the large bridge across the river on the right side.
- Turn to the left side on this crossing.
- The road is called "Höttinger Gasse" and is very small.
- After 500 metres, turn to the left side to reach the hotel.

If you will take the train:
- Take bus "A" to the "Höttinger Kirchplatz" Station or take the taxi from the railway station (costs about EUR 7.00).

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All children are welcome.

Guest Westchester, USA - Individual tour

Main disadvantages: The ground floor room was somewhat noisy because of the traffic to the breakfast room, front desk, and front door. Rooms on upper floors would be fine.

Main advantages: As noted, this hotel is an easy walk to the old town center. It is a bit hidden in a dead end street and of course the streets are very narrow (by American standards), so plan to drive there with caution. The parking is very tight so it's handled by a valet to squeeze everyone in. The food was plentiful but a limited variety.

Main disadvantages: They have wifi, but you must have your own computer. It is fine to stay at on a budget and if you don't mind walking a bit, the location was fine for me, but if you can't walk up or down a hill and don't have a car, it might not be the best choice. There is no elevator. My room was on 1 level below the office.

Main advantages: The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was above average. The room had a nice and very clean bathroom, but the rest of the room was not special. If you are a hiker and don't mind walking a little it works and keeps you withing a budget.

Main disadvantages: I found the room rather dark and old-fashioned in its furnishings, The amchair upholstery was torn.

Main advantages: I enjoyed being within sound of church bells, and so close to the main part of the city, while also separate from it.

Main advantages: Quite conveniently located - to the tourist attractions of not more than 10 minutes by foot. As elsewhere in Innsbruck, parking problems, despite what it claims to its existence.

Main advantages: This hotel was very good for our needs, near city centre, but parking was a problem. Although there was space, we had to leave key with receptionist for them to be able to move car about. Also, hotel is not 5 minutes walk as stated but more like 15 minutes and all uphill.

Main advantages: The hotel was clean and the breakfast was included and was pretty good. The hotel is a short walk to the main shopping and eating area of Innsbruck. Our room was on the main floor between the front door and the check-in desk and we went to bed early because we have children. Because of this there was a fair amount of noise when were trying to fall a sleep. All cars are parked in one driveway which could be a problem if you wanted a quick getaway in the morning. Overall it was not a bad choice despite the noise.

Main disadvantages: Problem finding the place because of the way the address appears on the Booking.com reservation--Tom Tom took us to Hoettingergasse 5 instead of Stamserfeld 5 and we found an abandoned building! Helped out by friendly staff at the nearby Best Western, we finally found our way up Hoettingergasse and turned left onto Stamserfeld. As it was getting dark, it was a little threatening when we initially couldn't find the Hotel. The stairway that takes you down to the river and to the centre of the city is also a little intimidating after day although it should be safe as it passes through the university area.

Main advantages: Loved the various woods used in the renovation of the hotel--they give the place a warmth if you are a fan of the use of wood. Room was a bit tight for size but not a problem. Very helpful staff. Enjoyed good choice in nice, bright breakfast room. Free parking but have to leave your key so staff can jockey vehicles in very limited space.

Main advantages: The hotel was situated close to the city center. It was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extrememly helpful. I would stay there again. Bernard was especially accommodating. Great place to stay!
