Our newly built Hotel-Pension is located directly in the heart of Vienna. You reach all the famous monuments, restaurants, shops, etc... in only a few walking minutes. Just contact us, if there is need for shuttle-transfer, sightseeing-tours, opera-ticket-reservation. (Our recpetion is open only untill 21:00)

Travel information

Arriving at Westbahnhof (west train station): Take tram number 5 to the station called "Laudongasse". As soon as you get off there, you will be able to see our hotel sign.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged.
If modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Prepay Policy
No deposit will be charged.

Internet
Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5 per 24 hours.

Parking
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Main disadvantages: The reception and the dining area smelled after a cigarette smoke, but nothing drastic. Also is you arrive by a car it might be problem to park as you have to park on the street and there are not many spots. But it just take a couple of minutes to find a place to park.

Main advantages: Great location directly by the historic heart of Vienna. It´s just about 8 mins of walking to get to the city hall. Nice rooms and really nice and delicious breakfast in the morning. Really a nice place to stay at.

Main disadvantages: Maybe to use toilette odorizator

Main advantages: Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent location of the hotel (especially for our needs during our stay in Vienna).Room comfortable enough.All in all I will surely look for this hotel as one of possibilities on my next visit to Vienna.

Main disadvantages: The room we had had a very noisey floor. We mentioned this to the staff, they told us that of the 20 rooms, 2 had not been upgraded and this was one. They promised us a different room as we are coming back in 3 weeks. The breakfast was very basic but ok.

Main disadvantages: From our room there was nothing to see from the window, but it is not important when you would like to rest. The breakfast was a bit simple, but finally it was more then enough, so it is absolutely suitable for having a nice breakfast at the beginning of the day, the staff was also very kind here.

Main advantages: Good localization, Very kind and helpful staff. Nice and quiet corridor, clear rooms, good fragrance. For me it was good to have also a working desk in the room. Good place to spend some nights between sightseeing. Be careful, you have to sign in before 9pm for the keys.

Main advantages: Good location, ~15 min walk to town center. Elementary room but clean and all what is necessary for a city trip. Pleasant staff. Parking possible in streets surrounding hotel.

Main advantages: A very friendly and helpful welcome. A room that didn't seem like a hotel room but part of an apartment. Very quiet and very comfortable. Very convenient for tram transport.
