Arrival by train from Innsbruck's main station:
When you leave the train station, cross the street and turn right. Turn into the first street on the left-hand side, Brixner Strasse, and always walk straight ahead. Continue straight ahead through Meraner Strasse and at the end of this street you turn right into Maria Theresien Strasse. Go straight ahead into Herzog Friedrich Strasse, and at the end you will see the Golden Roof. When you arrive in front of the Golden Roof, turn left until the end of the old part of town, at the Ottoburg, and turn left again. You are at the Innrain, and our hotel is at number 3.

The easiest way is to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel.

| Main advantages: This is a fantastic hotel. We were so pleased with the friendliness of
the hotel staff and the way they went out of their way to answer our
questions and help us navigate the bus and train system. We would highly
recommend this hotel to people of all ages. We met the most interesting
people at the hotel and had wonderful experiences conversing with people
from many countries and cultures. Again we rate this hotel a 10 as amuse
stay while you are in Innabruck. One othe benefit is that you are right
in old town with access to shopping and great food |

| Main advantages: The Hotel is located in a very good position and allows you to reach the
main attractions of the city center in a few minutes. Very helpful and
friendly staff; huge and tasteful breakfast and comprehensive range of
comforts both in the room and in the Hotel as a whole. My general
opinion about Innsbruck hotel is definitely good. |

| Main disadvantages: As a hotel guest I can certainly understand paying for bottled water,
but when asking the bartender for a glass of water from the tap and
being charged 2.20Euro...I Thought that was a little on the
rediculous side. |
| Main advantages: Not only is the hotel clean and organized, but the Staff is the best in
Austria. They always go so far above and beyond their regular duties to
make our stay the most comfortable. This was our first experience
meeting "Julia" at the front desk. We do hope she continues to be part
of the Hotel Innsbruck staff, for she is a definite asset to the Hotel. |

| Main disadvantages: No food available in the evenings (maybe the time of year) but many good local restaurants available locally. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which I thought 4* would have. |
| Main advantages: This was an anniversary trip and we were treated very well.The staff were very courteous and helpful, the room fantastic with superb views, the breakfast buffet brilliant with everything you could possibly want.The pool and wellness centres very good. This hotel is ideally situated for all the local tourist highlights easily accessible using the Innsbruuk card. One of the best city breaks we've had and we'll certainly go back. |

| Main disadvantages: The parking is expensive, yet you are paying for security more than anything. if you car isn't worth it, there is a parking garage across the street for cheaper prices. Plus the town is clean and almost everyone keeps to themselves. The breakfast should be included with your stay. I paid 60euros for my husband and I and we stayed for 2 nights. |
| Main advantages: I liked the location best about this hotel. Right outside my room was the river, and a perfect view of the mountains. There are restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. The free internet was great as well, even though it wasn't wireless. the pool and facilities were very clean. |

| Main disadvantages: The drive in into the garage is awlful!! We had a bigger car so that the parking took me quite a while, also because the underground carpark was almost full! |

| Main disadvantages: the air conditioner was not quite cool enough and i would have liked to have been able to get coffee on my own, such as , at an urn in the lobby or in my room. These were not deal breakers though, but a suggestion to better serve next time. |
| Main advantages: I liked the location. It was easy access to the areas i wanted. Hotel Innsbruck was one of the only hotels that would allow more than two to a room. The room was plenty big for the 3 of us and a 4th could have stayed as well. The price was much better for the location than other places and the other plus was air conditioner. |

| Main disadvantages: The morning sauna, both the Finnish and the steam sauna, were cold at 7.30 and even at 8.00, when I went to swim and bathe. The light were not switched on at the sauna department at 7.10> I went to the reception to ask them to switch the lights on. |

| Main advantages: We had a lovely quiet room, which was spacious and overlooked a square. The staff were very helpful and everything was on site, i.e. Hotel had good restaurant, bar, and wellness centre. For us, travelling by car, having a secure underground carpark was a bonus. |

| Main disadvantages: For its four star rating and price, some elements of the hotel seemed a bit dated and worn. Lack of wireless internet access was a surprise. Rooms facing interior courtyard have no view and are missing the charm of Innsbruck. |
