Breakfast and dinner are served in our glass fronted "Wintergarten" from where you have a good view on the surrounding Tyrolean mountains.

Our hotel is situated in the immediate city centre of Innsbruck, only 2 minutes walk from the historic old town and attractions, including the Golden Roof, Maria-Theresien-Street, the Imperial Palace, the Hofkirche, the Hofgarten and the Folk Art Museum.
Next to the hotel is the Congress Innsbruck and the University.

Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Main disadvantages: There was nothing to dislike.

Main advantages: The hotel is very well situated - the rooms are very comfortable - mine had a mountain view and a patio which gives the feeling of additional space. The buffets were absolutely wonderful - for 18 eu for dinner on half pension one will never find anything better in Europe. Fresh fruit at both meals, smoked salmon, egg dishes individually made, many many choices and for dinner very nice wines that were well priced. And the best trained staff I have seen in a long time. They were very busy as this was over Christmas - but everything was so efficient. I have the highest admiration for a manager who can run a hotel like this. And Innsbruck is one of the most beautiful towns in the world.

Main disadvantages: Really nice hotel, nothing to complain about (though a bit big for my taste), if it were not for the Russian tourists: They really spoiled my visit to the small but beautiful wellness center... Acting if the place belonged to them and making a lot of noise ! Probably a reason why I would chose a different hotel the next time...

Main advantages: Nice and big room with a big flatscreen tv. Perfect location if you want to be in the center...

Main disadvantages: Hotel looks a little tired. There was renovation in progress in some of the rooms on our floor, so it was messy and at times, noisy. The workmen were smoking so that was also annoying. Toiletries provided were very basic and not in keeping with a 4 star hotel. Although the massage was very good, it is not exactly a 'spa hotel'.

Main advantages: Great location - close to central station as well as on the edge of Old Town. Large room and large private bathroom (with both shower and bath), comfortable bed. A little vestibule area for coats and luggage. Good breakfast buffet. Small fitness room but with good equipment, nice pool area. Good massage.

Main disadvantages: The approach sensors on corridor lights aren't quick enough - or maybe I should slow down.

Main advantages: It's over 20 years since I last stayed and I didn't think that it could be improved. The room was excellent - the decor all over the hotel superb and the staff wonderful.

Main disadvantages: The only problem was the noise on the final night, I think because the back of the hotel looks out on an area used by young people. Perhaps hotel staff can keep an eye ion what's happening there, and when noise and drunkeness continues after midnight, could get the police round?

Main advantages: Very well run hotel, everything clean and pleasant. Staff obliging and efficient. Pool cold(!) but lovely. Breakfasts good and plenty of choice.

Main disadvantages: We expected the swiming pool to be a bit bigger. Also the spa and fitness area are small but it was ok since there was not many people using these facilities.

Main advantages: Just at the entrance of the old town, perfect for visiting Innsbruck. Nice buffet for breakfast.

Main advantages: Simply superb. Wonderful facilities ie pool, sauna, gym. In the middle of town, Great parking. Super breakfast. No complaints at all. Our room for 4 was enormous.
