Main disadvantages: Room was too small. Hallway noisy when small children are around.

Main advantages: Great location and price. Our stay was the last night of the low season pricing. The next day the price for our room would have doubled because of the New Year's weekend. (We stayed on 27 Dec. not on 30 Dec. as indicated in this survey. On the 27th the price was 75 Euros on the 28th and following it was 150 Euros.)

Main disadvantages: The wifi internet connection was quite slow.

Main advantages: The location is very good, near to thecenter of Wien. Parking isn't that difficult despite the fact, that the hotel is in the city center. Several nice restaurants nearby.

Main disadvantages: The mattresses are too soft.

Main advantages: The location of the hotel is excellent, two tram's stations to the old city. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The cheapest room are very small. We recommend to take the superior double room which is big and comfortable. Breakfast is more than enough. We enjoyed our stay at Graff Hotel and we recommend it.

Main disadvantages: For business trip or shopping very good location; for family or romance stay too small rooms.

Main advantages: Excellent location for good price - close to the City-hall and Parlament; nearby the underground station (Line U1, station "Rathaus"). Walking distance to the Old Town with shops - Kolhmarkt, Stephan´s Dom etc. To the Operhouse I suppose to take a tram, walking distance more than 20 minutes.

Main disadvantages: Don't expect free internet and easy parking, this is Vienna however, for very reasonable money you receive extremely central and accessable position

Main advantages: Probably one of the best hotels in Vienna from place/price prospective Located 5 minutes from Rathaus underground station, if you walk 15 minutes you will get to the center through pleasant park In the summer there are free open air film festival movies and beer parties near the Rathaus, you are strategically in the best position to taste all this Breakfast was good

Main disadvantages: The room was a bit small.

Main advantages: We had not made an advanced booking for accommodation in Vienna. When we looked for accommodation 2 days before arriving we found that there was very little available. What I liked best was that we were able to get a room for two nights.The location of the hotel was very good in that it was walking distance to the old city and it was in an area where there were plenty of good restaurants at reasonable prices.
