Main advantages: Reception, concierge very professional and friendly. They made us feel at home. Rooms are designed and decorated in a style that made us relaxed. We did not want to leave the rooms. Service, location excellent.

Main advantages: The hotel was charming. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The service was excellent. Location was superb. The beds comfortable, the bathroom modern. Outstanding hotel. A fantastic find, and price was reasonable for the fine quality of the hotel

Main disadvantages: There is nothing wrong with this hotel but black marks tro booking.com not publishing the address for driving. Main hotel entrance is in a pedestrian area, you actually need to drive to Restaurant entrance in the street behind.

Main advantages: This hotel is the best of both worlds - historic atmosphere with the professional staff trained by a leading hotel group. The room was unique and absolutely delightful. The staff have are helpful friendly prompt and professional and do not have the attiude ofteen found at top hotels. This is the fastest laundry collection and taxi service I have ever encountered. The restaurant is awesome, same quality service and great menu.

Main disadvantages: There are any number of complaints we might make after three weeks on the road concerning several of your competitors...but all these problems pale in consideration when it comes to your hotel which was simply the best of seven hotels in which we stayed.

Main advantages: Staff at front desk were superb. Every question answered. Every location carefully explained with a map. Our car handled with care. In and out porters excellent. Could not have been better. A fine repeat of our first two stays at your hotel over several years. Bravo!
