Main disadvantages: The parking is not very easy to use. The hotel has designated spaces in a very close public parking, which is a bit complicated, but manageable. Also, the hotel name was hard for me - when telling the taxi drivers where to go, they looked puzzled :)

Main advantages: Nice staff, nice room, good breakfast. It is an old building so you have to understand not everything is new, but it offers enough character to compensate this. Being winter, the temperature was ok inside. Also, having the windows closed, no noise coming from street into our room (even if it was a street facing one). As a conclusion, everything was quite ok, and our family had a great time in Vienna.

Main disadvantages: Limited wifi access was given - I was only given one username and password despite mentioning I had three devices.

Main advantages: Good and safe neighbourhood. Location was great, within a couple of stops from the city centre. Breakfast was great as well - good spread. Rooms were extremely clean.

Main disadvantages: Some noise from the street, though not bad (we stay on the second floor). Though we did reserve a smoking room, they could have let some fresh air through the room to reduce the smell before we came (smokers would understand).

Main advantages: Value for money. 5-10 minutes to Karls Platz on foot. Good and large room and bath room. Large and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff.

Main advantages: We were always greeted whenever we came into the hotel by very friendly guest service representatives. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day! We were helped with tours and a shuttle to the airport, from the hotel. The hotel restaurant was very nice too, and offered a nice menu. We had goulash and apple struedel....yum :-)

Petr Lipova Lazne, Czech Republic - Group tour

Main advantages: I was reallly enchanted by very kind a friendly staff (reataurant, reception, breakfast). The hotel is very nicely equiped and is in walking distance (10 minuts) to the very center of the city (opera, St. Stephan catrhedral,etc.). Good value for the money ...we are going to stay here when coming to the Vienna again..:-).
