Main disadvantages: This is an old hotel, with doors between rooms. So, you can hear everything from the next room. Of course, they can hear you. It's like sleeping like a huge family, in the same room.

Main advantages: Hotel stuff was excellent. Very good breakfast. Great location.

Main disadvantages: The rooms were a little noisy sometimes in the early morning. No coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Main advantages: The location was excellent, being within walking distance of most main attractions, with easy access to public transport if required. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel for short city breaks.

Main advantages: I loved that it was so central,and excellent value. We were given complimentary upgrading because of street/roadworks which did not impinge on us at all.Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Prices of airport bus and taxi fares displayed on reception desk.Tickets for various events could be booked through reception.Our room was soundproof and very comfortable.Wonderful location.

Main advantages: Very smart rooms, tastefully decorated. Excellent buffet breakfast with friendly staff both within the restaurant and on reception. The location cannot be bettered.

Main disadvantages: Nothing was wrong with the hotel. Only minor issue was, there was no wireless connection and so they had to provide me with a cable.

Main advantages: Friendly educated staff. Guests seemed to be professionals and well mannered. Perfect location - close to the shopping areas, monuments, museums, train and tram stations. Room was luxurious, and perfectly clean. good decor and furniture and very spacious.

Main advantages: This Hotel shoud be rated at 4 star, not a 3. Everything about our stay there was perfect. Excellent old town location. Awsome breakfast included. Mini bar with reasonable pices. Upgraded to balcony room simply by asking. Bellhop offered and kind enough to ride shotgun in our rental car to a nearby public parking facility (driving in Vienna is crazy!!). Unless you are some kind of snob, you will love this place.
