Main disadvantages: The staff ( except cleaning lady ) are from other planet ! Vary poor and expensive breakfast and the staff in the restaurant is out of comment ! Better have breakfast around the hotel - there are a lot of nice places !

Main advantages: Perfect location and vary clean room ! I would stay again ! Nice , big room !

Main disadvantages: While check-in we requested to hire a wheelchair for my mom. We're informed that it is 8 Euros per day and we said ok. However, we have been charged almost more than double of this rate. Their explanation was it was the additional transportation cost that the rental firm charges to them but we wasn't informed about it, it was a bad last minute surprise.

Main advantages: The first and the most important advantage is the location. The location was really excellent. Staff was quite helpful and smiling. The air condtioner was working very properly which was an important criteria for us since Radisson Blu Hotel rooms were freezing and we moved to this hotel for this reason. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed very much staying in Ambassador Hotel, we found the comfort we expected. If I were to go to Vienna again, I would definitely stay in Ambassador with no doubt.

Main disadvantages: On the hallway I stayed was not that fully clean as I expected: a empty bottle stayed on the hallway window sill for days, and the empty dishes outside some rooms sometimes stayed waiting to be picked up for over a day.
