From Vienna International Airport, the City Airport Train leaves from the CAT platform every 30 minutes and takes you to Wien-Mitte in just 16 minutes. From here you can take the underground line U4 to "Schottenring" and the U2 line to "Schottentor", close to the Hilton Vienna Plaza.

Main disadvantages: We booked a non-smokers room and got a room in which clearly the
previous guests heavily smoked. The room was a bit cold and the air
conditioning did not do enough to warm it.

Main disadvantages: On Christmas Eve, the only option for food in the Hotel, was the bar. Food prices in the bar were very expensive and there was a limited selection of items.

Main disadvantages: house keeping a little lapse, didnt remove empty glasses and wine bucket, didnt refill coffee and milk items, but room was cleaned and tidied other than that.
Main advantages: very quiet, lovely helpfull staff, rooms very spacious we even got a free upgrade to an executive room and champagne to celebrate our 25th wedding aniversary.

Main disadvantages: The room is old. The wires were coming out from the lamp socket which is extremely dangerous. The internet is very expensive (10 euros for 1 hour).
Main advantages: The room was very big, with a seating area and a study. The bathroom is marble and very clean. The breakfast is big and varied. The waiters and hotel staff are extremely friendly. All speak English fluently.

Main disadvantages: Service in Front Desk -- undermanned & concierge. Only 1 person eachtime answering to too many guests. I suggest you hire extra ppl atfrontdesk & concierge. Manpower lineup not enough. They all seemedharrassed though they did a good job -- but too lean the team.Facilities in the room not nice. Toilet seat crooked. Need renovation inyour gym & sauna jacuzzi area. Too old looking. Bathtub too tight toshower in.
Main advantages: Excellent service by the FIlipino Concierge --- Mr. Tan. location good,in the city.

Main disadvantages: Everything was satisfactory. No problems occured.
Main advantages: The location of the hotel was excellent. There is a metro station (Shottentor - U2 line) just next to the hotel. Easy access to all the sights. The concierge and all the other staff was helpful and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Overall, I was quite happy with my choice of hotel. I read other guests comments about the hotel on the internet and booked it based on these comments, which were very helpful. I am going to recommend it to friends and collegues visiting Vienna.

Main disadvantages: Pillows on our beds were too flat and uncomfortable, but that seems to be typical of whichever hotels we stayed in Austria. Hotel should provide another set of pillows which are less flat so the guests can have a choice. The hotel location, although next to the U-station, is also a little way off the main shopping area, so we have to cross the main streets or use the underground walkway.
Main advantages: We stayed here on our last night in Vienna. Overall the hotel is very clean and pleasant and the staff courteous and efficient.
