Main advantages: Nice hotel and staff, confortable room. The buffet breakfast is plentiful , though it's not included in the room rate. I will be back if I visit the city again.

Main disadvantages: The only complaint would be the price of the Internet and that we had to buy two as my wife and I could not share username and password. Most of other stays had free wifi.

Main advantages: Everything was great. The breakfast which was included was excellent.

Main disadvantages: Surely wi-fi should be available throughout the hotel - free of charge, or at least for a very minimal charge. Especially at a Hilton.

Main advantages: Very spacious and quiet room - we were lucky, on 11th floor so a wonderful view over the city and the mountains. The location of the hotel is excellent, just 5 minutes walk to City Centre and 5 minutes to railway station. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

Main advantages: Rooms are really big and you get two double beds, not a double one or two small ones in a standard room. Beds are very comfortable. Tv is lcd and quite big. You get magnific views to the city from the hotel. If you travel with your family, they can give you two rooms who are connected and that makes it easier. Continental breakfast is very good.

Main disadvantages: Unusually for a continental hotel of this class there is no bidet in the bathroom of our standard room, which may be an issue for some.

Main advantages: Centrally located high rise (for Innsbruck) with excellent views. An easy 5-10 minute walk from railway station. Rooms large , comfortable, very clean.Definitely recommended.

Main advantages: Great location. Walking distance from the main railway station and to the old city. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were also friendly and helpful unlike some of the hotels we stayed at.

Main advantages: The Hilton Hotel was ideally located close to the old town. Our room was large, clean, comfortably furnished with both mini-bar and tea & coffee making facilities (we found the latter to be rare in Europe), we had magnificent views from our room of the surrounding Alps. The selection of food at the breakfast buffet was expansive. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful and printed maps to assist us with further travel arrangements.

Main disadvantages: I noticed higher rates and less facilities- bathroom amenities, in comparison to previous stays. Breakfast when not included in room price, considerably expensive. Not much of tourist info-brochures concerning Innsbruck and Tyrol highlights available at the reception hall

Main advantages: I think for the price things like internet and parking should have been free. They were not and cost 17 and 10 Euros respectively. I think that is a little low-budget for a nice hotel like a Hilton. They should not "nickle and dime" their customers who are already spending top dollar to stay there.

Main disadvantages: The furniture and generally the decoration look a bit old.

Main advantages: Perfect location. The room was clean, spacious with a magnificent view (14th floor). The staff was very kind and helpful.

Main advantages: It was the birthday of a member in our group. Hotel staff realised this when checking in and bought him up a bottle of Prosecco and 6 glasses for us to enjoy courtesy of the hotel and Hilton. Very unexpected and equally appreciated.

Main disadvantages: The room is quite old, i think it need to be renovate.

Main advantages: The hotel is in the great spot, just right there at the city center. But the room is quite old. though the room style is better than the room which is in the city center (normally it is small) this room is bigger, I still think they need to renovate. The breakfast is great. They have a lot of guests, so the variety of the food is perfect.

Main disadvantages: The room was not ready at the specified time and we had to leave our luggage in an unprepared room. On our second [and final] day the room was not ready when we returned from sight seeing at 5.00 pm.

Main advantages: The Hilton was perfectly located, close to the railway station and the old city gate. The staff at reception and the restaurant went out of their way to be helpful. There also was access to the internet in reception. The room was spacious with coffee/tea facilities, a safe, mini bar, and the views of the Alps were spectacular. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect at the Hilton - exceptional. There was some rain during our stay and umbrellas were available at reception.
