Main disadvantages: The only thing I did not like was the fact that they do not have slippers in the room.

Main advantages: The hotel is located very close to all the attractions in the downtown of Vienna, so we could take a small walk and get to Hofburg palace, Parliament, Graben or Stefansplatz. The staff is great, speaking very good English and is of the great service all the time. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and tidy and hotel is in the very quiet area, so you can sleep in the morning like you are in the countryside. Breakfast in the hotel was very tasty and there were plenty different food offered, as per everybody's taste.

Main disadvantages: I arrived at 20 hrs in the evening and parked outside the hotel. Untill 22 hrs I should have gotten a parking ticket for the car ( Kurzparkzone) but the shop was closed and the reception had none available. Free parking outside is possible from 22hrs till 07 am. And we had to leave to the airport at 06:00 am.They easily could have bought some from the shop and sold it to their customers but they were not that organised. They prefer to sell their parking spots at 21.- per day. As a result I got a police fine of 21.- Euro to pay!!! That is very bad customer service! Unfortunately I forgot to settle this fine whilst in Austria. Back in Cyprus I remembered the fine and will have to pay even bank charges of around 25.- on top to settle it. To act always in the interest of the client should be utmost priority at that hotel. With the parking it does not seem that way!

Main advantages: Good location and good price.

Main disadvantages: Nothing bad at all!!

Main advantages: Good location, right behind the City Hall of VIenna, 2 minutes away from the Metro Station, 10-15 min walking to Stephansplatz. Very nice hotel, very clean, very welcoming and helpful staff, very quiet area. We would surely book this hotel again, when in Vienna. Everything was perfect during our stay!

Main disadvantages: The air conditioner made noise, it was very loud...(maybe it was only with our room....we did not ask). Except from that, the room was very confortable.

Main advantages: Great location. Right next to the film festival in the summer. Walking distance from the center.

Main disadvantages: I was surprised the receptionist did not even mention the possibility to have breakfast in the hotel?! Which was not a problem at all as there are some places around the corner where you can enjoy breakfast / brunch on a terrace in the sun amongst the Vienna crowd.

Main advantages: Perfectly located to discover the city of Vienna, many points of interest are within walking distance, others easy to reach by subway. Close to places where you can enjoy good quality, affordable food. Quiet and clean hotel. May not be thé most trendy place in town but definitely excellent value for money.
