Main advantages: 1. Location: just right in the center of the city and conveniently in
walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants and places of
interest. Great Location!
2. Hotel Room: just perfect!, the size of bed, room and the bathroom, room decoration, cleanliness, the lighting in the room. Very well set up.
3. The staff: friendly and helpful. That is a Plus for the hotel.

Main disadvantages: We didn't like that our break had to end and we had to come home again!
Main advantages: This is a great hotel in the heart of the inner city, 5 mins walking
distance to all the main attractions - the Opera house, Hofburg palace,
St Stephen's Cathedral, all museums and the Karntnerstrasse for shopping
and eating. The staff were very friendly & all spoke excellent English.
The rooms are really comfortable, modern, air con and very clean.
Definately highly recommended and we would stay there again if visiting
Vienna. We didn't book breakfast as we wanted to try out different
coffee shops each day, but the hotel upgraded us to an exec room, and
had free buns, coffee and snacks available all day in the lounge. A nice
touch. Definately stay here!

Main disadvantages: It would be great if breakfast were included in the price of the
room, since a charge of 15 euros per person, is quite expensive.
You can purchase breakfast in one of the nearby restaurants for
quite a bit less.
Main advantages: Fabulous, fabulous location! You can walk to Stephanplatz, The Opera,
terrific shopping, lovely restaurants, as well as soak in the charm of
Vienna. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to an
executive level room, which was great. The room was air conditioned, had
a safe, and refrigerator- very useful for a summer visit.

Main disadvantages: The main issue I had there was the bed and pillow which were really not
comfortable and caused back pains sometimes. The reception area was very
small with only a small sofa to sit. The cleaning staff were a bit
unprofessional but will always bring you what you need if you ask them.
Its unfortunate that a 4 star hotel don't have disabled or wheel
chair facilities (We had some difficulties since my grandma is on wheel
chair). The rooms at the end of the corridor might get bad internet
reception. The construction in the hotel and nearby didn't bother us
at all since we came here on vacation so we were out most of the time.
The ac is not thatcold but for me, it was more than enough.
Main advantages: I read many reviews prior to booking the hotel and I was a bit worries
since many of them mentioned the bad attitude and carelessness of the
reception staff (especially the ladies). I stayed there for 2 weeks and
had 2 business rooms so I believe I can judge the hotel accurately. The
hotel staff were very friendly and helping in any way they can
especially the reception ladies (I forgot there names) but I believe one
is a brunette called Mrs.Rauf and 2 blondes. They upgraded one of our
rooms to an executive room for free because there was a problem in our
original booking and they told me its booking.com's fault not
theirs. The hotel has an excellent location in Kartner Streetwhich is in
my opinion the most famous shopping street Vienna. The breakfast buffet
was good with many choices. Internet was free and with good speed.
Location: a pedestrians only shopping street which was great for getting
fresh air and enjoying a good walk with no cars. An underground station
is very close (3 minutes walk) and can take you anywhere. I highly
recommend it and would definitely stay here again if I ever come back.

Main advantages: The location is the best for those, who travel without personal car. It is located in the center of Vienna and in the middle of its tourist center. Everything is reachable within 5-10 min walk: shopping center, metro station, restaurants, etc. However, if you travel with your own car, it is not the best place to go, as you will have serious problem to find a parking place for your car.

Main disadvantages: It is a very near to Stephen place and the hotel is very comfortable especially if you have a children. I stayed with my children in a business twin room which gives me a private place. Next time I will stay in the same hotel.

Main disadvantages: Building works next door with noise and dust was a nuisance and caused considerable inconvenience. I am of the opinion that you owed to inform your customers about that in your website. I would have chosen another hotel in the area, if I knew that.

Main disadvantages: I was disappointed to see their wonderful Cafe has closed and it is now one of an ever-proliferating chain of Mozart kugel-shops. The whole surrounding of Kaerntnerstarsse has lost a lot of its charm since my last visit, but the hotel is not to blame for bad city planning. However, I am sure that inner-city hotels could and should have a say in such matters. My only disappointment with hotel services was that one single vial of shower gel was provided for 2 people and a stay of 4 nights. No shampoo either. This does not make sense as hotel policy and so I put this down to oversight.
Main advantages: The staff was very friendly and the hotel has a welcoming international atmosphere. It is clean, spacious and relaxing. The location could not be better.
