Main disadvantages: There is a problem with the rooms, especially with "Business Double or Twin Room" that were connected with another room by a door that was inside the main door. Out of this thing you can heard any noise.
Main advantages: The hotel was in a very good area of Wien, near the center where you can see many shops or visiting museums etc. So the location was excellent for making a city tour by bus, by tram or on foot :)

Main disadvantages: Room didn't match the photo. Too less details and widgets. Not a cosy
environment. (E.G. just add some candles, matches and other nice stuff,
and the room will look much better).
Main advantages: The location is quite near to the city center (just 7-12 minutes on
metro, whilst the nearest metro station is just 100 meters away from
the hotel!)
Breakfast was also quite good for such a hotel.

Main disadvantages: Many rooms had connecting doors to adjacent rooms. One could hear everything in the next room leading to complaints and difficulty sleeping. Same for my colleague
Had troubles with air conditioning. So did my colleague in two rooms tried

Main advantages: The hotel was convenient to local underground and bus links and pleasant
restaurants restaurants were found are within 5 to 10 minutes walk away
via the streets opposite, and a pleasant place for breakfast 2 minutes
down the road.

Robert Warrington, United Kingdom - Group tour
Main disadvantages: During the check-in time, the receptionests on duty didn't seem to be
able to handle multiple checkin at the same time. The checkin involves
filling in a checkin form which could be distributed to all guests at
the same time. However, the receptionest insists to issue one form at a
time only when its the turn for the next guest, resulting in uncessary
delays. They seem to be young and unexperienced, not particularly good
at organisation.
I took it all rooms were non-smoking but my room smells smoke. If could be my fault for not selecting a non-smoking room, but I didn't see the choice when I booked it.
The above was only a minor setback in the entire service.
Main advantages: I organised a group of 9 friends staying in this hotel. It offered
enough single rooms for single occupants and twin rooms. It is clean, in
a good location for the inner city and local transport. The rooms are
large and the bath rooms, towels and bedings are in excellent
conditions. It has a generous lounge which is very useful for a large
group to meet every day.

accommodating. They went out of their way to help me with a problem had,
one that they did not cause.

Radu Bucharest, Romania - Rest with children
Main disadvantages: The breakfast is rather pricy (15EUR/person) and you can have a very
good breakfast at any of the numerous cafes and restaurants nearby (we
suggest Anker - 2 of them close to the hotel - where you can have a
great fresh breakfast pretty cheap). The approach of the reception staff
can be abrupt sometimes; this might come from the usual strict (rules
abiding) mentality in Austria and from direct (sometimes too direct)
communication. However, nothing really negative - just a minor point
that they could easily avoid.
Main advantages: The room offered everything we needed: comfortable beds, lack of noise,
good lighting, useful chair and desk, a good armchair, curtains for
keeping the light out in the morning. The bathroom was furnished with
quality equipment (sink, toilet, bathtub, taps), was very clean and well
organized. The location of the hotel is good, with a subway station 2-3
minutes away and a walk to city center taking about 20-30 minutes (2-3
subway stops).

Main advantages: It was really close to Belvedere, and just a 5 minute walk from subway from where we could reach everything in a few minutes. I liked the tourist map in the room.
